Terms of Service

By accessing or using the PlexRun platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you are using the Service on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

You may use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to use the Service to transmit unlawful, harmful, or offensive content; to interfere with or disrupt the Service; to attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service; or to use the Service in any manner that could damage, disable, or impair it.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately at security@plexrun.com if you become aware of any unauthorised use of your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of PlexRun, Inc. Our SDKs and CLI tools are made available under the MIT licence. You retain all rights to workflows, data, and content you create using the Service.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of information as described in our Privacy Policy. We act as a data processor for workflow execution data you submit to the Service.

We strive to maintain high availability of the Service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Free and Pro plans are provided on a best-effort basis. Enterprise plans include a 99.99% uptime SLA as specified in the Enterprise Agreement. Scheduled maintenance will be announced with at least 24 hours notice.

Free plan features are provided at no charge. Pro and Enterprise plans are billed in accordance with the pricing published on our website at the time of subscription. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as specified in an Enterprise Agreement. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PlexRun shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim arising out of these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

You may terminate your account at any time from your account settings. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease and we may delete your data in accordance with our data retention policy.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Delaware.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide at least 14 days notice before material changes take effect by email or by posting a notice on our website. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
