Privacy Policy

We collect information you provide directly to us — such as your name, email address, and company name when you register for an account or join our waitlist. We also collect usage data including workflow execution logs, API request metadata, and performance metrics. This data is necessary to provide, monitor, and improve the PlexRun platform.

We use the information we collect to operate and improve PlexRun, send transactional and product communications, provide customer support, detect and prevent abuse, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We do not use your workflow execution data to train AI models.

All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest (AES-256). Workflow execution data is stored in the cloud region you select at account creation. We maintain SOC 2 Type II compliance (in progress) and conduct regular security audits. Access to production data is restricted to authorised personnel only, subject to role-based access controls.

We retain account data for the duration of your subscription plus 90 days. Workflow execution logs are retained for 7 days on the Free plan, 90 days on Pro, and per your contract on Enterprise. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting privacy@plexrun.com.

We use essential cookies for session management and authentication. We use analytics cookies (via a privacy-preserving analytics provider) to understand aggregate usage patterns. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. You may opt out of analytics cookies via your account settings.

PlexRun integrates with third-party AI model providers (e.g. Anthropic, OpenAI) and cloud infrastructure providers as selected by you. These integrations are governed by your direct agreements with those providers. We act as a data processor on your behalf and do not share your data with these providers beyond what is necessary to execute your workflows.

If you are located in the European Economic Area, you have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data; object to or restrict processing; and data portability. To exercise these rights, contact us at privacy@plexrun.com. We will respond within 30 days.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by posting a notice on our website at least 14 days before the change takes effect. Continued use of PlexRun after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
